Personalization
- Most of our items can be personalized at no additional cost
- Please refer to the item listing for personalization options. Some designs only have the option of having the name personalized whereas some designs can be fully personalized.
- Please double check spelling, grammar, punctuation and capitalization for accuracy. The text will be printed exactly as it is provided to us
- We do not send artwork proof prior to printing to ensure that we can process and ship out your orders quickly
- Changes cannot be made to personalization once the order has been placed
- Punctuation and spaces are counted as characters
Returns Policy
Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. However, we cannot accept returns for any custom printed, specially cut or assembled items. If the error is on our part, we will make it right. Please send us an email to sales@personalizedpartybanners.com with your order number and the issue at hand and we promise to fix the problem.
Shipping
Who doesn't love free shipping? We sure do so we made sure to include standard shipping in all our items. Standard shipping times vary depending on your location but it is typically within 5 to 7 business days. We ship out of New Jersey.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional $8.
